Week 25-26 with random full body picture! 1


First off I want to say sorry for falling a bit behind on my posting! I have had a week full of changes, my summer job ended and I have been trying to adjust to a day shift schedule. I also spent most of the week at my parents helping them with projects around the home, so I was not around to much. I think my schedule is getting more steady and I am getting used to being a day shift person! I am also going to be switching my weigh in day to Friday, so expect my posts either Friday evenings or Saturday mornings!

It has been a good couple of weeks! The first week I lost 3.7 lbs and this last week I lost 1.7 lbs! I am all the way down to 356.5, almost to the lower side of 300! Expect a level up post this next week, and it is looking like my next level up will be soon to follow!

I think I have had a decent few weeks for food, I have not really been eating my normal diet because I have not been home much. It has been a good test to stay within my goals while dealing with new foods. I was a little bit naughty and had some Halloween candy! It was really good, but almost to sweet for me.

My exercise has been a little sporadic, I have only been to the gym a few times. I however started my new job that is highly physical and I have also been doing some physical work most days at my parents home. I feel like I have been more active then ever, and I have been sleeping really good because of it! I plan to get back into the swing of the gym this week, it has been hard because I don’t know what time to go in anymore to avoid people! I miss working the night shift, not used to being out in the world with so many people.

I was trying on clothes early this week and was happy to feel like my clothing is finally fitting me well, if anything they are getting baggy on me! So I decided to take a picture of one of my new favorite outfits!

    You look good in blue. Welcome to day hours and congratulations on the new position. You were so active those two weeks so it shows it maintained and supported your nutrition goals. Your consistency is there so things should come together for you. Perhaps you can draw confidence from the way you handled ‘diving’ into the pool when you wanted to start your swim program. Don’t let anyone be an obstacle to your goal. Keep the bigger picture in your psyche. Put on one of those magical shirts and just go do it!
