First off I want to say sorry for falling a bit behind on my posting! I have had a week full of changes, my summer job ended and I have been trying to adjust to a day shift schedule. I also spent most of the week at my parents helping them with projects around the home, so I was not around to much. I think my schedule is getting more steady and I am getting used to being a day shift person! I am also going to be switching my weigh in day to Friday, so expect my posts either Friday evenings or Saturday mornings!
It has been a good couple of weeks! The first week I lost 3.7 lbs and this last week I lost 1.7 lbs! I am all the way down to 356.5, almost to the lower side of 300! Expect a level up post this next week, and it is looking like my next level up will be soon to follow!
I think I have had a decent few weeks for food, I have not really been eating my normal diet because I have not been home much. It has been a good test to stay within my goals while dealing with new foods. I was a little bit naughty and had some Halloween candy! It was really good, but almost to sweet for me.
My exercise has been a little sporadic, I have only been to the gym a few times. I however started my new job that is highly physical and I have also been doing some physical work most days at my parents home. I feel like I have been more active then ever, and I have been sleeping really good because of it! I plan to get back into the swing of the gym this week, it has been hard because I don’t know what time to go in anymore to avoid people! I miss working the night shift, not used to being out in the world with so many people.
I was trying on clothes early this week and was happy to feel like my clothing is finally fitting me well, if anything they are getting baggy on me! So I decided to take a picture of one of my new favorite outfits!
