Not a huge loss this week like the past weeks, but still a healthy loss of 2.1 Lbs! Which is kind of funny because this week the picture is back to my goal shirt, and last time we saw my goal shirt I also had lost 2.1 Lbs. Kind of odd, but oh well! This brings me down to 391.3 Lbs, just 2.3 Lbs till my next level up, I hope to hit it either this week or next. I am at a total of 27.7 Lbs lost and just hit the 50 day mark of my quest according to MFP. The last 50 days seem to have passed in the blink of an eye. My quest seems long, but I know at the end it will feel like no time at all has passed. Not that my quest will ever truly end, I mean after the main story I have to do all the bonus content and keep leveling myself up even more!
This week was decent outside of some personal issues in my life. I was happy because I dealt with the stress with exercise and not food. It was really hard for me, and to be honest if I had any of my trigger food around I would have probably binged. Doing great now, and I am happy to report that I sat down with my father and we figured a way for me to go to Gencon again! Going to be taking my little brother for the first time, so that is very exciting. As far as food went this week I did well even on my cheat day. I was a little worried because I had noodles, one of my trigger foods. I managed to no overindulge and just enjoy the flavor. I did have a really sweet coffee and tomato sandwich that day, but it fit into my macros. I also got to satisfy my craving for fish with some grilled salmon my father cooked for me, so that was awesome!
My exercise was really good this week. I took one rest day, outside of that I either swam or walked. I started a new swimming program that I am really enjoying called ZERO To 1650. So in 6 weeks I should be able to swim non stop for one mile. I can already tell the difference in my technique and breathing, it is really awesome to swim and notice a change in my body. I decided to set a few more goals for the long term of my quest. I would like to run the Orc Stomp 5k next year at Gencon and far down the line do a mini triathlon.
As far as NSV go I have two big ones this week. My first one was at work, one of my coworkers asked me if I had been losing weight. They said they could tell I had lost weight just by looking at me! That felt really great to have someone notice. My other big NSV was I wore my goal shirt out, it is starting to feel really comfortable on me. I am looking forward to picking up some new 3x shirts in the near future. If you have a site you like to order shirts from share it with me please!
This week we are back around to my goal shirt, I guess another NSV is this is the first picture I seem to notice a difference in my appearance. I think it helps I can also feel the difference of the shirt on my body compared to a month ago.
